The State Leadership Conference is getting close, and the permission slip deadline even closer. Due to new Board of Education regulations, all forms are to be given to Mr. Richter by Friday, December 18, 2015. Uploaded is a a packet that includes a FAQ form, the permission slip, the Code of Conduct form, and the Dress Code.

You are required to hand to me by the deadline of the following documents:

• Completed Field Trip Permission Form (signed by parent/guardian)
• Completed Code of Conduct (signed by member and parent/guardian)
• $225 check or cash. If check, made payable to FHS FBLA

Based on the current sign-ups for the various State competitions and the great performance at Regionals, we're going to have around 80 students. The dates for the SLC are from 2/17/16 to 2/19/16. Please contact Mr. Richter you have additional questions.
